This is an okay ad.

First, “Our skilled barbers craft more than just haircuts, they sculpt confidence and finesse with every snip and shave”

This doesn’t mean anything. This is airy fairy and it is not how a human speaks.

Second, they are offering a free haircut, but the offer is at the bottom of the ad. We need to show off the offer.

Do not hide the lead in.

I would change the headline to: "Get a Free $20 Hair Cleanup Session with Your First Haircut."

Or, “Best haircut of your life and now for 50% OFF.”
